RE: "The Kitchen Clan Is Highly Offended At Mel Gibson's New Movie 'Hacksaw Ridge' "

Some Truth haters calling themselves "Banned by HWA" are attacking a post we posted about the movie "Hacksaw Ridge" saying some foolish nonsense about us being highly offended at Mel Gibson and this movie. That is nonsense and laughable. I thought the movie was well made.

The movie is about a 7th Day Adventist Sabbath Keeper that was not drafted into war, but, volunteered for combat service in WWII (against the will of his Father and Mother). And, fought the Military for the right to enter combat without a gun (as a medic) for the purpose of saving our boys in battle.

The point we were making is that this movie was made to encourage Commandment Keepers AKA Sabbath Keepers (that believe the GOD of the Bible and HIS Commandments "Do not kill") to join the military (which is against their beliefs also by the way) go in, and serve the military commandments “to Kill” and, thus, disobey their religious beliefs and GOD’s Commandments “Not to Kill). This gets back to whether or not you will obey Caesar (Government) or GOD.

Notice in the movie, that the star “a "Sabbath Keeper" (instead of staying out of the war that the GOD of the Bible forbids us to enter) , volunteers to go and, not just that, but, volunteers for front line combat (actually fights the military to keep that status). Once in and after winning his right to be on the battle field without a gun. He bravely saves 75 men (so they can now get patched back up and go do it again for the glory of the military. I don’t judge him for doing that, that was his decision. But, it violates a person’s religious stand that is trying to keep GOD’s Commandments. We are to be against war and the killing of another man/woman/child as that is forbidden to do by the GOD of the Holy Bible. We are not to be there supporting any war (on any side) as that violates that Commandment and the Spirit of that Commandment.

Wars are about commandment breaking as nations covet, and take (steal) from the other nation, kill people by the thousands or millions and break (in mass scale) every one of the Commandments on a daily basis and force their men/women to do the same. If we place ourselves into that position, we are actively supporting the killing of all the others and, will receive the penalty GOD has placed on those that break GOD’s Commandments.

It is my stance that this contradicts our beliefs because of this very thing. If we do not believe in killing and the evils of war, then, why support it by being there and patching up those soldiers that are wounded (for the most part, not to go home) but to go back and get wounded and killed all over again. On the surface, this sounds good, and, admirable, but, actually it is hypocritical.

The person that the star of the movie represented seemed to think that this was the way to serve God, I do not judge him at all, but, I think that this compromises GOD, as this forces the person to support the killing of people (all for selfish greedy reasons, that is the Plain Ugly Truth about wars) . Christ warns us not to have Two Masters, as one of them will get compromised. I think that it is GOD that gets compromised in this situation.

This movie seems to try to lure Commandment Keeping Christians into to this very trap using “Patriotism” as the bait. The Bible foretold of the war to come, why it is coming and the fact that everyone on earth will get corrected by GOD Himself before it is all over, so, it will do no True Christian any good to join and get the same punishment also.

Sorry Banned by HWA! It is not about Mr. Gibson or his movie, but, about a trap that is being set for GOD’s People and someone needs to warn them and give them a chance to escape the trap.
